The Morning Star Teen Group (a.k.a. TWIGS) is run by the youth within the church. We elect our own officers and organize our own meetings. We meet every other Saturday at 6:00 p.m.
Upcoming events
30 hour famine.
The 30 hour famine is when we as a youth experience how children in other countries live without food. We share stories, fast for 30 hours, and learn more about children our age that have a hard time staying alive. This event will take place in April.
Dinner and a show.
The youth group will be performing a play along with serving a dinner. This event is still in the early stages of planning but we are very excited about it. More information will come as we discuss the event.
Fundraisers

We would like to start a fundraiser very soon. As a group we are still trying to decide on what we would like to do to raise money. The money we do raise will go towards decorating our new teen room, paying for trips, and for snacks that we eat at our meetings.

Meetings
The Teen Group meetings are at 6:00 every other Saturday. At our meetings we discuss upcoming events and fundraisers. During our meetings we also have short bible study with our adult helpers.
